Dear Sirs, I am writing to express my delight in the service and advice give by your company. Martin was extremely helpful in ideas and availability of stock the for three bathrooms for which tiles were needed. I briefly explained the reason for my visit and the problem of getting the tiles to Maidstone for Monday. Martin took all my needs on board and arranged for delivery to my home in Buckland that day. This was extremely good service not to mention that the delivery driver , who obviously supported England as he was wearing an England shirt, sacrificed his time on the delivery arriving in the middle of the Denmark match. There was unfortunately an omission on the order but without hesitation brought the missing item within the hour. Dear Sirs, I would like to thank the very helpful staff at the Crawley showroom. When first arriving at the store we were asked what we were looking for and directed accordingly.  They were really helpful and friendly. When we made our purchase and offered good advice. I would be grateful if you could pass on our thanks to the staff. As a result of their advice my husband made a good job of tiling our kitchen!!! The Tiles are fantastic too and you sell an excellent range. Before coming to Rogers Ceramic, we visited many other tiles shops in the local area and by far you are the best at customer relations and offer the widest choice of tiles.
