Rogers Ceramics is a member of the The Tile Association (TTA) so when you buy from us you can buy with confidence. Our guarantee to you is we will offer a full refund for any full box of undamaged stock tiles purchased from us within one month, without question! Bathroom products are non returnable.

Damages and Shortages Please advise us within 3 days of receipt if there is a shortage of tiles/bathroom products or of any damages.  No claim may be made after the tiles/bathroom products have been fixed. Regardless of whether the tiles/bathroom products are the wrong ones and or damaged. So please check carefully before fixing. Bathroom products must be checked on delivery, In the event of any query please contact and address all correspondence to the address on your invoice within three days of delivery. Tile Shade Variations  No claim may be made after the tiles have been fixed. Booking Tradesmen We strongly recommend that customers DO NOT book tradesmen until all the materials for the job have been received and fully checked, with all packaging removed.
