	MULTI-SEAL for rough honed stone and terracotta surfaces. Produces a resistant satin finish, which strengthens the colour of the surface material. Makes stain resistant and facilitates maintenance. 	MN STAIN STOP This special impregnation optimally protects absorbent, stain-sensitive natural and artificial stone surfaces against staining. 	TC CLASSIC WAX 2nd step of the CLASSIC method: For final treatment of primed surfaces. Forms an easy to polish, wear-resistant wax layer, which helps the patina develop. 	TC EVER-SHEEN For occasional freshening up of gloss and wax protection. For surfaces treated with the CLASSIC method, encourages patina formation. 	TC SEALANT 2nd step of the MODERN method: For treatment of surfaces which have been pre-treated with Lithofin TC Impregnator. Can also be used for treatment of materials which have already been impregnated by the manufacturer. SEAL-GUARD SEALANTS’ impregnators for grout, tile and stone, are the culmination of over thirty-five years of intensive research and development globally in the field of protective coatings.  The “Gus the Seal” trademark is recognized world-wide as representative of the finest quality sealants available on the market today. Seal-Guard products are easy to apply, quick drying and are ideal for both the professional contractor and the “do it yourself” handyman.  The products are particularly popular with the DIY consumer because of their ease of use and durability.  The world’s first Seal-Guard® Grout and Tile aerosol sealer seals both dry and damp grout lines between glazed ceramic tiles.  Overspray to the surrounding tiles is not a problem, as Seal-Guard is invisible upon application and will not cause any haze, yellowing or discoloration. Installation: Clean area to be treated before applying. Always test product in an inconspicuous area for suitability. Hold can approximately 15-20 cm away from desired surface and spray in a sweeping motion. A 2-l/2 hour curing time is recommended upon completion of application. For wet areas, such as shower recesses, etc., allow sealer to cure at least 24 hours.
